Payment Terms

  1. All invoices must be paid in full within seven (7) days from the date of issue.
  2. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card payment.
  3. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of $100.00 and/or suspension of tutoring services until the balance is settled.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  1. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session.
  2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the session cost at our discretion.
  3. If a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
  4. Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergency, at the company’s discretion.

By booking a session, clients agree to these payment and cancellation terms.
