Payment Terms
- All invoices must be paid in full within seven (7) days from the date of issue.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card payment.
- Late payments may be subject to a late fee of $100.00 and/or suspension of tutoring services until the balance is settled.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the session cost at our discretion.
- If a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
- Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergency, at the company’s discretion.
By booking a session, clients agree to these payment and cancellation terms.
